The two storys are simmilar because it was frobidden love and when they came to thier meeting place they were both shoked at what was seen. It was mainly the fact that both of them dikd not know. So in A despret maner to be with thier love both thisbe and romeo kill them selfs then thier love finds them dead and all four of them are dead in the end because of confusion and unknowingness.
Pyramus and Thisbe both fell in love with each other, as Romeo and Juliet did. Pyramus and Thisbe had also killed themselves because of their love for each other. The message in this myth is that even if your family has a rival, you should not kill yourself over love. This rivalry will eventually end and you will have a chance of having found some love.
Pyramus and Thisbe is very similar to Romeo and Juliet because they were both star crossed lovers and had to be very secretive about their love because their families would never allow them to be together. Also, one of them was thought to be dead which lead the other to kill them self.
Pyramus and Thisbe connects to Romeo and Juliet in many ways. In Pyramus and Thisbe there are many connections. In both stories the families dislike each other but the two main characters fall in love. They are then told they can't see each other so they create a plan to be able to be together. These are very similar stories and have similar messages.
Pyramus and Thisbe connect to Romeo and Juliet because it is the same exact story. In both stories the couples are involved in forbidden love because there families hate each other. So the two couples both run away and get married or whatever and are happy. Than a terrible event happens and the men think there woman are dead so they kill themselves and than the woman find there men dead and then they kill themselves. The myth's message is saying that true love will always prevail and it continues on even in death
Both characters, boy and girl are in love in each story. Both desire running off away from their family feud to get married. The communications between Romeo and Juliet, and Pyramus and Thisbe had to occur in secret, because they could not be seen by their parents, or anyone who would tell their parents. While trying to live and love one another in secrecy, a misconception occurs where both men in the stories believe their lover has passed away. It is because of this they take their own life and this is how the story ends. The ending in both is quite tragic, and neither get to live together on the Earth.
They are very similar stories and it seems like Pyramus and Thisbe is based off Romeo and Juliet. They both are not supposed to love each other and their families both dislike each other. They both killed themselves for love too. The message is that love is the most important thing.
I think that the two stories are alike because of the love that couldn't happen between them. They both fell in love for each other at first site and they both killed themselves for the love.
Thisbe and Pyramus were both in love, as well as Romeo and Juliet. Both couples were madly in love and in the end, Thisbe and Romeo kill themselves thinking that their lovers were gone. And then Pyramus and Juliet find that their man is dead and kill themselves as well.
Pyramus and Thisbe connect to Romeo and Juliet because much of the plot is the same. Both of the tales have families that hate each other. Both find a way to love each other. The difference is that in Pyramus and Thisbe a lion "eats" Pyramus while Thisbe is coming by Pyramus didn't. Instead she went home, and because she left her cloak Thisbe thought she did die so he killed himself. This leading to when Pryamus comes back only to find her husband bleeding to death so she kills herself as well. In Romeo and Juliet, Juliet drinks a potion to slow her heart rate to appear as if she is dead. Romeo thinks she is so he kills himself as well. Juliet wakes up only to find Romeo dead as well. So she ends her life. The message of these tales seems to be, even though you can be love drunk, know what is going on and communicate with one another. Both couples had a lack of communication and ended in death.
Both of the stories contain two people who fall in love. They also both end tragically. Both of the males in the story are convinced their love is dead, and they both end up killing themselves. The only symbolic feature I believe both of the stories have in common are how the couples kill themselves.
Pyramus and Thisbe connect with Romeo and Juliet because both families despise each other and don't want their children around or near each other. Pyramus and Thisbe are neighbors and end up and allying in love and marrying each other such as in Romeo and Juliet.
In Pyramus and Thisbe, the two are neighbors that end up falling in love. The two want to marry, but their parents forbade it.So in turn they both decide to run away and meet up. Pyramus thinks Thisbe has died when he finds her bloody clothing, so takes his own life. Thisbe, who was hiding from the lioness is still alive and comes out to find him dying from a self-inflicted stab wound to his chest. So she takes his sword and kills herself thinking she could not go on with her lover. In Romeo and Juliet two lovers from families that despise each other find themselves in trouble. So they immediately elope. One day Romeo finds Juliet laying down and assumes that she is dead. Not being able to go on without his lover he drinks poison and takes his own life. Juliet was only in a very deep slumber and wakes up to her dead spouse. With inability to continue life without him she decides to take her own life as well.
Pyramus and Thisbe connect to Romeo Ad Juliet in many ways such as the way they have love but their parents forbid them to be in love. They also both come up with a plan to run off and be happy away from the views of all their relatives. They both do not care about the opinions of their family members and do not obey them. In the end both of their loves die because of parents that can not learn change their views.
Pyramus and Thisbe connect with Romeo and Juliet because the families are both originally don't like each other. They also connect because they both die in the end because of miscommunication. Love is forbidden and unwanted but the two still go to their meeting place and talk. The two stories are basically the same story but with different characters.
Pyramus and Thisbe are connected with Romeo and Juliet because they are in love and there parents wont allow them to marry and because they each kill them selves for each other. I notice that it is love can not be seperated it will find a way no matter what and not to try and stop it if it is true love. Other thoughts are both stories are about the same message presented in different ways but the same none the less and that in the end love prevales.
Pyramus and Thisbe is a story that is very similar to Romeo And Juliet in the way that 1. Both lovers die 2. Both are tragedies Also there is a message, don't react to something that you assume.
Pyramus and Thisbe is similar to romeo and Juliet because in Romeo and Juliet, Romeo and Juliet take their life just like Pyramus and Thisbe, and in both cases is was an accident. In both they make plans to run away and meet somewhere, but those plans get altered. After their deaths there was also an aftermath, like when the two families end the conflict and when the berries change color. The message of the myth seems to be that love is stronger than hate, and control.
Pyramus and Thisbe connect to Romeo and Juliet both of their families hated each other but the two main characters fell in love. They didn't let anything stop them from being together including death, which in both stories both characters took their life to be with the other. The message I notice is that love can be really powerful and don't let anything stop you from doing what you want with your life.
These stories are similar to each other because in both of them 2 opposing families kids fall in love and though the hate the two families in both stories become friends.
Paramus and Thisbe have a lot in common with Romeo and Juliet. To begin, the both loved each other dearly and so strongly to the point where they would do anything to be together. When Paramus thought Thisbe was dead he stabbed himself in the heart, but then once Thisbe returned from hiding she saw her love dead from a stab wound created by himself. She did not want to live without him and she killed herself. Romeo and Juliet also both died for their love for each other. Romeo thought Juliet was dead and drank poison but once Juliet awoke she found Romeo dead on the ground then she to drank the poison and died.
Pyramus and Thisbe connects to Romeo and Juliet because they both kill themselves over their undying love for each other. Also their families forbid them to love each other. I think about this myth that it can relate to our world but that we should handle it differently.
Pyramus and Thisbe is similar to Romeo and Juliet because they both are about two forbidden lovers who try to run away each other, but one gets "killed" and the other one is so shocked that they kill themselves, then when the other person comes back, and kills themselves over their lovers death. Their love was forbidden, but it was contained, which resulted in two deaths. Love can't be contained, it will always find a way.
In Romeo and Juliet, two lovers are forbidden from talking and seeing each other because of a family feud. This is similar to Pyramus and Thisbe because the families of the two are also in the midst of a feud. In both stories the two lovers find a way to see each other in secret. But both texts end in tragic death, fueled by incredible love. The two plays are so similar because of the playwright. Shakespeare obviously has a significant writing style which reveals itself in his text.
The stories were similar because the love was forbidden and the two families hated each other. But as the love they couldn't bare not being with each other. Then one thought the other was dead and the other found the other person dead and they both killed themselves.
Romeo and Juliet is similar to Pyramus and Thisbe because they both fell in love and had to hide it because their families did not like each other. So they could not be together. Also they both died because they thought the other one was dead. That is how Romeo and Juliet is similar to Pyramus and Thisbe.
The stories are similar because both because it involves two lovers who were happy with each other but were not allowed to be together and eventually killed themselves which all happened in both stories.
These two stories are similar because they both had forbidden love and was defied. Both stories showed that the characters were in love but were not allowed to be together. But they didn't care what anyone else thought of them being in love so they did whatever it took to be together.
Romeo and Juliet connects with Pyramus and Thisbe because they both show a form of miss-communication. Romeo didn't know that Juliet wasn't dead so he killed himself in an act of love and Juliet killed herself because Romeo was dead. When Pyramus found Thisbe's wrap covered in blood he thought Thisbe was dead and he killed himself. The message is that if this were to happen in the 21st century there wouldn't be any miss-communication. Romeo would have heard the news that Juliet wasn't dead and they could have run away together and Pyramus would have known Thisbe wasn't dead and they could have lived a happy life.
Both stories can relate to each other because they are about a love story that ended in a bad way due to a lack of communication. To me this story is telling a message that you should come and tell the truth about what happens because if you don't things might be blown out of proportion.
