This poem creates a great message about devices especially by the tone of his voice. I think the tone creates a huge difference on this poem because it makes the poem more powerful. The theme is also really important in this poem because it's the topic that creates the poem.

The poem shows a message about the usage of devices in our world the tone theme and use of poetic devices shows he is against the amount of usage on our devices

This poem has a very deep meaning about how phones and technology are taking over society today, I also think how they are taking about ADD and other mental illnesses affecting our world due to this rise in technology . But I think the poems main message is how technology is taking over the world and it can be doing more bad than good.

the message of the poem was to show how everybody is too much involved with their cellphones and their technology that they cant focus on what really matters they use the poem format to identify words with their counterparts like social media to anti-social media this is the message that cell phones and social media is terrible now I don't use social media at all unless you count youtube but I disagree with this message. What I think social media does is connect people who otherwise couldn't do that themselves be it by giving them a community in which people have a common interest or helping them break down distance barriers. I also know a lot of people who made friends using social media. My best friend Nathen found me through my brother's social media and I would literally do anything for him so I don't agree with the message but I see what he was trying to say and he used poems to do that in a brilliant way.

The poem has a great meaning behind devices becoming the new social meeting because he uses tone to describe that devices are becoming a greater problem than the solution. his tone also makes it hard to deny the fact that phones are now becoming a problem. The theme is that people do not connect anymore person to person and now it's just online. this is a bad thing because things like depression and add are on the rise from when phones first came out.

I think that he did really well using rhyming, metaphors, and really set the tone. I liked how he would go fast and really emphasize some parts of the poem. He made connections to really show the purpose. It was also structured well and did not jump around, he didn't move onto the next point until he really got the other one across. I noticed a good amount of poetic devices too that made the poem more direct, complex, and meaningful.

The message this poem delivers is one that speaks to the corruption of technology among the people. The man speaking in the video preaches for the correction of society. He is asking us to put down the phone and live life in the moment. He speaks against social media companies that claim to connect when really, social media makes us less connected. Our worth should not be based on likes and follows, it should be based on nothing, self worth is just that. There should be no requirements to love yourself.

I think this poem is good and it can make you open your eyes and see what is happening. It also talks about how sucked in we can get to our phones and social media. This poem demonstrates different characteristics that everyone has right now and the ones we need to learn. Jaxton K

The poem expresses how this man believes that phones and technology have taken over the modern day of living. His tone and wording shows how strongly he thinks about this topic. If he used a different tone it would seem like he has different stances about this.

The spoken poem leaves a message to think about. It expresses that we depend on social media and we base our lives a looks on society's standards. The tone the speaker used lets us know that the topic is serious and we can start to change how we are spending our time.

This poem is a message to people to look up and away rom your phones. The tone is very important in this poem because if he where lees serious then I don't think people would take him seriously. The theme of the poem was about social media and people being glued to their poem instead of having a conversation with a really person.

This poem sends a powerful message about how phones and devices have overtaken our daily life. In the poem he compares the times before and how the devices have changed our generation. His tone is disappointment in how humanity has been slowly diminishing as devices increasingly overtakes the world.

this poems message is about how today more people are focused on their technology and what other people think of how we live our live and how that has made us more distant than ever. the tone of this poem is very negative against the usage of social media. the poems theme is about how people don't do anything but look at their phones making us distant from reality.

This poem is a good representation of today's society. This shows that we can still talk and see each other virtually, but we can't interact like we can in person. Face to face interactions help people create stronger connections between one another.

I believe that the video we just watched is true. a lot of out time is spent on electronics and sometimes it feels easier to meet up online instead of in person. this is especially true while covid is around. I do feel that people my age are looking for a connection with peers.

In the Video it sent a very Powerful message, but the tone of his voice made it seem more powerful then it already was. I think the poem sent a very strong message of what has humanity come too. It has changed so much over time we barely realize what’s actually going on as we are all caught up in our devices. If the poem had a different tone I feel as if the Poem wouldn’t come across as powerful as it did.

This poem was hella spittin bars, this poem is giving a very powerful message including how devices are getting rid of face to face contact while indulging in social activities. The man in the videos voice is a major part of getting the points across, he has a very powerful figure. The theme of this poem is also a very major part of getting the points across. Some poetic devices used were some metaphors and definitely rhythm.

This poem creates a great message about devices one thing that stuck out to me is that people have the same attention as a gold fish.

what are you thinking regarding the poem's message, tone, theme, and use of poetic devices? this poem was powerful, even though it was ironic because it was recorded on technology it still had a powerful meaning. The theme of this was to tell peoples life isn't supposed to be on our phones, but it is. We were basically telling us to go live our lives, not on our phones.

After viewing the spoken word poem Can I Auto-Correct Humanity, the poem’s message, tone, theme, and use of poetic devices each sum up a large portion of a human’s life in a three minute expression of emotion. The poem's message about technology destroying humanity is important for incoming generations that fall into the centuries-long pull of technology, and past generations that still don't see the harm they are perpetuating and encouraging. The poem's tone is pointed at showing people their dependence on technology, and the price they pay for it. Can I Auto-Correct Humanity poem’s theme is that humanity is suffering because of the very cracked, addictive screens human’s crave. Rhyme, the most obvious poetic device heard in this poem, is complemented by irony, alliteration, and repetition. Obviously, the spoken word poem Can I Auto-Correct Humanity’s message, tone, theme, and use of poetic devices describe the world of people living their lives with their closest relation advocating destruction right in their pocket.

I think he creates a really strong message about how most people now are on they're phone a lot and almost non stop and they no longer pay attention to they're surroundings. and while maybe we are getting to meet new people from different places using our devices were also missing whats right in front of us. Now, if we ever plan to hang out with friends were almost always on devices nonstop no matter what and I think it was just overall a very powerful message about devices and how we need to take brakes.

I think that he is saying that we as human beings were made to be social, but we can't do that if we are constantly on our phones, and being anti-social.

I think this poem portrays a the message that we are too connected to social media and our phones, which is preventing us from doing things that make us happy.

I think this poem reflects how as humans we spend too much time worrying about our phones and worrying how we look to others online when we could have real face to face interactions
